Such is the state of aesthetics around Google's Pixel lineup that even a minor reduction in the size of bezels, as appears to be the case with the upcoming Pixel 11 smartphone, at least based on new CAD renders, is a cause for unbridled celebration. Is Google finally getting over its fetish for all things ugly? One can fervently hope so.

Google Pixel 11 CAD renders reveal a nominally thinner device, replete with slimmer bezels

OnLeaks and Android Headlines have now published some of the first CAD renders for the upcoming Google Pixel 11. As such, the device is expected to retain the same dimensions as the Pixel 10 at 152.8 x 72 x 8.5mm. This means that the Pixel 11 will be 0.1mm slimmer than its predecessor, and sport the same thickness as that of the Pixel 9. Do note that Google increased the thickness of the Pixel 10 smartphone by 0.1mm to accommodate Qi2 Pixelsnap magnets.

Critically, Google has deviated substantially from the very thick bezels on the Pixel 10. As can be gleaned from the new CAD renders, the bezels on the Pixel 11 are noticeably slimmer, substantially bolstering the aesthetics of the upcoming device. Elsewhere, the rear camera bar now sports an all-black look instead of aligning with the body color, as was the case with the Pixel 10.

The device is expected to sport the following specs:

  1. A 6.3-inch LTPO OLED screen
  2. The Tensor G6 processor
  3. Base storage of 128GB
  4. A 12GB RAM
  5. A 5,000mAh battery
  6. Starting price of around $700
  7. H2 2026 launch
