NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 40 SUPER GPUs will be kicking off sales within the retail segment next week starting with the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER. The graphics cards are priced at $599 US for the 4070 SUPER, $799 US for the 4070 Ti SUPER & $999 US for the 4080 SUPER at MSRP. While the majority of variants will stick with MSRP prices, there are also premium custom designs that will ship at higher prices. US retailer, BestBuy, has currently listed the most custom variants for all three graphics cards. Starting at the very top, we have the RTX 4080 SUPER which is listed between $999 US & $1099. The good thing about these prices is that they are still much lower than the MSRP of the GeForce RTX 4080 Non-SUPER graphics card. The Founders Edition models for all three GPUs are priced at MSRP ($599/$799/$999) with only a few custom models costing extra.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 SUPER GPU Prices (BestBuy - 1/14/24):

Considering that the MSI GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Ventus 3X is the baseline model, we can expect the higher-end Gaming X, SUPRIM X, and EXPERT series to touch premiums between $150-$200 US.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER on the other has just two models listed, the Gaming OC by Gigabyte which has a $50 US premium, and the MSI Ventus 3X which has a $100 US premium. For the RTX 4070 SUPER, we are looking at a premium price ranging between $9-$50 US which is small compared to the premiums charged on the rest of the lineup. The card also has various designs that are listed at MSRP and the most expensive variants are the MSI Gaming X.

Newegg has also listed a range of variants for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER GPU that are priced at MSRP. The rest of the models haven't been priced yet but expect them to cost up to $50 US higher depending on the model. The RTX 4070 SUPER launches first on the 17th of January so look forward to our performance review of the first RTX 40 SUPER launch with others following a week later of each other.
