Prices of NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 40 GPUs, especially the MSRP for the Founders Edition model, have dropped in the UK.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 GPUs See Lowered MSRPs In UK, Gaming Cards Cheaper To Buy Than Before

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 GPUs have not been welcomed by gamers as the company might have hoped due to higher prices on the enthusiast-class cards and lower performance uplifts on budget and mainstream solutions. That doesn't mean that NVIDIA's own AIBs and retailers couldn't adjust the pricing slightly by offering promos and discounts on some variants. But it looks like the NVIDIA UK store has adjusted the pricing across all GeForce RTX 40 Founders Edition cards.

The NVIDIA GeForce UK store which currently lists all GeForce RTX 40 Founders Edition cards has adjusted the prices owing to the changing US/UK currency rate and lowered the MSRP. The prices have already gone into effect as discovered by @ghost_motley.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 which was previously priced at an MSRP of 1579 British Pounds has now fallen to £1519. The GeForce RTX 4080 was previously listed for £1179 and can now be bought for an MSRP of £1139. The GeForce RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 Ti have also seen a price adjustment & are now available for £569 and £379, respectively. That's anywhere from -3% to -4% drop in MSRP which means that consumers can take benefit of the lower prices directly from the official NVIDIA store.

But that doesn't mean that consumers shouldn't check out various retailers within the United Kingdom as there are plenty of deals where these cards can be purchased from for far lower prices. For example, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090s start at 1499 British Pounds at OCUK & the same is true for all other cards too. Finding these deals can be tiresome but you can definitely come across a great deal every once in a while.
