Amid Jensen's visit, a Taiwanese media reporter took a "casual interview" with NVIDIA's CEO, where he was asked about the significance of Taiwan in the world of technology. This is what Jensen Huang had to say:

Taiwan is one of the most important countries in the world. It is at the center of the electronics industry. The computer industry is built because of Taiwan, so it's a very, very important country.
