NVIDIA is going to highlight new and updated features within the GeForce ecosystem today and will also bring news related to GeForce NOW. However, the company also confirmed there will be no new hardware announcement.
NVIDIA Won't Talk About The RTX 50 "Super" Series in Today's Premiere; The GeForce On Community Update Will Be Based Around New GeForce Features and GeForce NOW
NVIDIA just announced that it is going to premiere its GeForce On Community Update today at Noon PT (12pm) on its social media accounts, like Twitch and YouTube. This premiere is likely a preparation for the upcoming Gamescom 2025 event, which will be held in Germany from 20th to 24th August. NVIDIA announced that it will be highlighting the "latest GeForce features" and some "major" GeForce NOW news ahead of the event.
This means we are going to hear about the latest updates in the GeForce Ecosystem, which may include things like enhanced overlays, graphics enhancement features, and stuff like that. Major news on the GeForce NOW, on the other hand, will be related to NVIDIA's cloud gaming service, which might be getting newer games in the database, some service optimizations, or feature enhancements.
NVIDIA also said that some "Highly Anticipated Games" will also be a major topic in the premiere, which is, of course, a kind of warm-up before the Gamescom event. On the other hand, there won't be any talks on the GeForce RTX 50 "SUPER" series as clearly indicated by NVIDIA. The company said it won't be announcing new hardware, and therefore, this premiere will be exclusively related to games, GeForce NOW, and GeForce Features. At the Gamescom event, NVIDIA will be showcasing the latest RTX games, including Borderlands 2, Mecha BREAK, Phantom Blade Zero, and many more. The event will also hold RTX 50 series GPU giveaways and various prizes for the fans.
