The Nintendo Switch successor may be revealed as early as later this month, according to a new report shared online earlier today.

According to what unspecified sources revealed to startmenu, Nintendo plans to reveal its next gaming hardware at this year's edition of Gamescom, which is being held from August 23rd to August 27th in Cologne, Germany. Apparently, startmenu received this information last month but only felt comfortable sharing it now following other recent reports regarding the next console by Nintendo, as several details from these reports aligned with what this unspecified source revealed.
