MSI has churned out another variant yet of the to-be-outdated GTX 550 Ti graphics card with the N550GTX-Ti-MD1GD5-V2. The card will target the sub US $150 price price point and features a somewhat similar cooling solution as that to the reference GTX 550 Ti.
This however packs a new PCB design with reference clock speeds of 900 MHz at the core, shaders at 1800 MHz and an effective memory clock speed of 3.8 GHz. The card packs 192 CUDA cores across a 192 bit 1GB GDDR5 memory interface.
The new layout has also improved the display load out for the card which consists of a dual link DVI, D-Sub and a standard HDMI out.
The card is soon to hit retailers shortly.
