Omeda Studios' MOBA Predecessor open beta is now available on PC and consoles, allowing users to try out the game built on the foundation of Epic Games' Paragon for free.
The open beta is only the beginning of a packed year for the new MOBA, which will receive plenty of updates and improvements over the course of 2024. Alongside cross-platform play support, the open beta supports multiple languages support on PC - French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and simplified Chinese. These languages will be supported on consoles shortly.
A new trailer showcasing Predecessor was also shared today. You can find it below, alongside a quick overview of the game.

- The Only Unreal Engine 5 MOBA - Created in Unreal Engine 5, Predecessor is the only MOBA to be developed in Unreal’s latest engine. This new state-of-the-art game engine produces high-resolution and high-fidelity graphics for current and previous gen consoles.
- Play with Friends, No Matter Where They Are - Predecessor was developed with both console and PC gamers in mind with cross-play functionality so friends can play together regardless of their platform.
- Earnable In-Game Content - Predecessor features a ton of rewards, including custom skins, for players to earn or purchase with in-game currency.
The Predecessor open beta is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Xbox One.
