Lenovo has unleashed its flagship Legion Pro 7 16" laptop with AMD Ryzen 9000HX & LOQ Tower PC with Ryzen 8000HX CPUs, both featuring RTX 50 GPUs.

Lenovo has made some interesting choices with its latest gaming desktop PC, the LOQ Tower, while also updating its Legion Pro 7 laptop with AMD's fastest Ryzen mobile CPUs.

Lenovo Legion Pro 7 Laptops With AMD Ryzen 9000HX CPUs

Starting with the laptop, Lenovo's Legion Pro 7 is mighty as ever, delivering stunning gaming capabilities with its AMD Ryzen 9000HX "Fire Range" CPUs and NVIDIA's RTX 50 GPUs. The laptop is equipped with up to the Ryzen 9 9955HX3D, which is AMD's fastest 3D V-Cache boosted chip for mobile platforms. The CPU is combined with NVIDIA's RTX 5080 laptop GPU.

Lenovo has also updated its internal cooling with Legion Coldfront, a vapor chamber design with dual-fans, that supports up to 275W TDP. There's also up to 2 TB of Gen5 storage, while the display is a 16" 4K PureSight WQXGA OLED panel with a 0.08ms response time and a 240Hz refresh rate. Besides that, you are getting 32 GB of DDR5-5600 memory. There's also an RGB-lit keyboard. The Legion Pro 7 comes with a 400W power adapter and has a 99.9Wh battery that supports Super Rapid Charge.

IO includes a 10 Gbps USB Type-C (PD 3.0 65-100W / DP2.1), 10 Gbps USB Type-C (DP 2.1), a 10 Gbps USB Type-A, HDMI 2.1, 2 5 Gbps USB Type-A ports, an audio combo jack, and a LAN port. WIFI 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity are also included. The Legion Pro 7 has a starting price of €2899 and will be available next month.

Lenovo LOQ Tower Desktops With AMD Ryzen 8000HX CPUs

Now switching over to the Lenovo LOQ Tower 26ADR10 Desktop PC, the OEM has gone with AMD's Ryzen 8000HX "Dragon Range Refresh" CPUs. These are mobility SKUs, and Lenovo is pairing them with desktop-grade GPUs up to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti. The CPU of choice is the Ryzen 7 8745HX, with 8 cores based on the Zen 4 architecture and up to 5.1 GHz clock speeds. The CPU can be configured up to 75W.

Besides these, the desktop features up to 64 GB of DDR5-5200 memory, 4 TB of PCIe Gen4 SSDs, and 2 HDD expansion slots. The new LOQ chassis has vents on the front and the top for improved cooling, and comes with several RGB-lit fans, at least 7, which we can count.

The PC will be equipped with up to an 850W power supply, and the whole PC starts at €999, while availability is expected next month.
