The Legend Of Zelda Breath of the Wild To Be Out In March, According To GAME Advertisement
The Legend Of Zelda Breath of the Wild is one of the few officially confirmed Nintendo Switch titles, but we still have to learn if it will be among the console's launch titles. According to insiders, the game may be released a few months after the console launches in all regions, but it seems that may not be the case, according to an advertisement found in stores.
Earlier today, Reddit user PMurphy1978 shared a picture of a GAME Nintendo focused in-store advertisement, which clearly states that the Wii U version of The Legend Of Zelda Breath of the Wild will be out during March 2017. As Nintendo is planning to release the two versions of the game at the same time, the Switch version will also be out this March, if the advertisement is right.
The final release date of The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild is a bit of a mystery right now. The game is being used by Nintendo to showcase the Switch, but the game is apparently getting released after the console launches due to some localization issues, according to insiders.
That brings us to the month of November. More sources have now come forward and corroborated my information. They’ve told me that localization for Breath of the Wild might not be finished until the end of December. After localization is completed, this game will require between (at least) four-to-six months of testing. As I mentioned earlier, this is one of Nintendo’s largest and most ambitious games ever. The amount of testing required for a huge open-world game like this is enormous. Nintendo’s intention is to have the game as bug free as possible. Based on what I’ve heard, I have no reason to believe that Breath of the Wild will be a March title. There’s a much higher chance of Breath of the Wild being a summer 2017 game.
The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild will launch next year in all regions on Wii U and Switch. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more comes in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
