Whether or not the case design shared by Majin Bu on X ends up being the real deal, we are here to discuss how different the iPhone 17 can look compared to Apple’s previous-generation releases. This design change was shared by the same tipster earlier this year, with the rear camera cutout present on the left-hand side of the back panel, along with a tiny circular hole on the right, which was presumed to be where the LED flash would be housed. On this occasion, we see that the primary sensor is also on the left, with more details on where the handset’s buttons will be placed.
It appears that the base iPhone 17’s Camera Control and volume up and down buttons will be present on the same side, making it unchanged from the iPhone 16’s configuration. Another cutout can be spotted at the bottom, where the charging port is located.
