iOS 26.4: Much-delayed updates for Siri, credit cards on iCloud, folders in the Freeform app, and much more
We already know that Apple has been working to introduce a number of key Apple Intelligence features with its 'Spring 2026' iOS 26.4 software update. These include:

On-Screen Awareness
- The revamped Siri would gain the ability to understand the content that is on the screen and perform a number of agentic tasks as a result.
Now, code snippets from the unreleased, internal iOS 26 build have provided additional information on what to expect from the iOS 26.4 update, including:
- Your iPhone would be able to detect when you save credit card information in third-party apps and offer to add it to the iCloud Keychain, akin to how the autofill function works on the Safari browser.
- Folders are coming to Freeform, Apple's bespoke whiteboarding app.
- A dedicated “Sports Tier” in the Apple TV app.
- A new validation system will check the integrity of the device before allowing you to log into your Apple Account and iCloud.

We already know that Apple is working to introduce a major revamp of its Health app with the iOS 27 update, seeking to offer personalized, AI-powered health coaching, with a curated list of helpful videos from health experts to explain various health conditions and offer guidance on lifestyle improvements. The service will also offer a nutrition tracking feature.
The code snippets from the unreleased iOS 26 build confirm that a major revamp of the Apple Health app is in the cards, with references to a new layout for categories and simplified metric logging. The code snippets also reveal:
- Feature flags tied to improved collections in the Photos app.
