Like the vast majority of modern games, Silent Hill f features a New Game Plus mod that has plenty of new content to offer over a regular first playthrough, which is not enough to fully experience the story, as I highlighted in my review of the game. Here's everything you need to know about this post-game play mode.
NOTE: Although minimal, there are some spoilers below this point, so avoid reading further if you haven't completed Silent Hill f yet.

What's New in Silent Hill f New Game Plus
What's Carried Over
New Game Plus mode is made significantly easier by everything that is carried into the new playthrough. These include Faith, Stat Upgrades, obtained omamori, certain key items, such as those that increase inventory capacity, and non-puzzle documents and journal information.
New Action Difficulty
In New Game Plus, you can set the difficulty of Action to Lost in Fog difficulty, which is available from the start for Puzzles, for the ultimate Silent Hill f challenge. No content is locked behind this high difficulty setting, so you can still at other difficulty settings and enjoy everything New Game Plus has to offer
New Cutscenes
Silent Hill f's New Game Plus features some new cutscenes not seen during the first playthrough. Some of these cutscenes are part of those you already experienced, but there's no risk of you skipping them by mistake. When trying to skip a cutscene with new content, the game will warn you as you hold the skip button before asking you for a final confirmation.
New Quests
In New Game Plus, you can complete some new quests, such as The Sacred Sword quest. Completing these quests is very rewarding, as you can get new items, some of which are required to unlock new endings.
New Endings
In New Game Plus, you can unlock four additional endings by fulfilling certain conditions. The common condition to unlock any of them is not to consume Red Capsules, so you will need to rely on other healing items during a New Game Plus playthrough if you want to unlock the additional endings.
