PRAGMATA features two endings, depending on your total progress. However, you shouldn't worry about doing anything specific until you have cleared the main campaign at least once.
NOTE: The guide is as spoiler-free as possible. While it does list the rewards you get for unlocking the two endings, it has no story spoilers. Still, avoid reading on if you haven't completed the game at least once.

The Normal Ending
To achieve the Normal Ending, simply clear Sector 06: Central Port and defeat the final boss. This is a mandatory step for everyone, as it unlocks content required to unlock the Extended Ending.
Rewards for completion:
- New Game +: Carry over your upgrades and equipment
- Lunatic Mode: The ultimate difficulty. You lose everything you have unlocked in your first playthrough, but you can use the Unit Printer to rebuild your arsenal much faster at the start of the game
- Jackhammer Assault Unit: The only melee weapon in the game, and one of the most powerful
- Unknown Signal: A new mode that returns you to the point just before the final boss battle, granting access to the new Secret Sector
The Extended Ending (Post-Game Only)
Even if you achieve 100% completion in every sector during your first playthrough, you still cannot trigger the True Ending until you enter the post-game.
- Clear the Game Once: Reach the Normal Ending to unlock Unknown Signal
- 100% Sector Completion: Find all collectibles and hidden items in every sector. Finding all Upgrade Components and Mr. Cabin figures is NOT required to achieve 100%
- Defeat All Bosses Again: Take down powered-up versions of each boss. They will be found exactly in the same location you fought them the first time
- Achieve 100% Completion In The Secret Sector: Completing the steps above unlocks 10 unique Sim Pod missions in the Secret Sector. These are entirely separate from the standard Training Simulations like Bad Blood and Floor It, and act as some of the game's ultimate challenges.
- Equip the Black Box Mod: Upon clearing all 10 trials, you will receive multiple rewards: the Lim Cannon Attack Unit, the Obsidia and Black Neon Outfits, and the Black Box Mod.
- Defeat the Powered-Up Final Boss: Equip the Black Box Mod and defeat the final boss again.
The Extended Sequence: The ending will play out similarly to the Normal ending, but with an additional post-credits sequence.
