Netflix is an amazing application when it comes to providing entertainment for people of all ages. However, the Netflix algorithm only shows you the content based on what you usually watch. So, if your friend is also using your profile, chances are the algorithm won’t always show you your favorite shows. Therefore, I will show you how to use Netflix secret codes to get your favorite content.
Netflix Secret Codes
Many of us spend hours trying to find the perfect movie or season to match our mood. However, there is an easier way to find what you want to watch. All you have to do is use Netflix secret codes in your browser or your Windows/Android App, and you will be able to access content that you didn't even know existed on the site before.
Netflix Browser
- Go to your browser and type the following URL:
https://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/INSERTCODE [Do not Press Enter yet] - Where I wrote INSERTCODE, enter one of the codes listed at the bottom depending on what you want to watch. [I entered the code for Anime Fantasy which is 11146]
Netflix App
You can use these codes on your phone or Windows app as well. [I am using the Windows app in the image below]
- Type a code in the search bar in the upper right corner and hit Enter.
- I typed the code for Anime Fantasy, and you can see the results below.
[I suggest using your browser if you want to get better search results. With the app, I noticed that sometimes you get inconsistent suggestions. You can see in the above image, a non-anime show - Freud, has been recommended]
