Amazon Germany has listed GTA V Premium Edition for both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for a release next month.
Listed for a release on March 23rd for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, the premium edition of GTA V is said to retail for € 69,95.
Neither the Xbox One listing nor the PlayStation 4 listing mention any additional details, but it would seem logical that this version will include additional GTA Online content alongside support for Microsoft’s Xbox One X console and Sony’s PlayStation 4 Pro. To date, Rockstar hasn’t released patches to benefit from the more powerful hardware in both consoles, and this ‘Premium Edition’ might be their way to offer enhanced visuals on both consoles.
Rockstar Games hasn’t officially commented on these listings so the information above is merely speculation at this point.
Grand Theft Auto V is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game has also been released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. To date, the game has sold more than 90 million copies across all platforms.
