An eagle grasps an AMD chip labeled 'RYZEN AI SERIES' with 'RYZEN AI 9 465' and 'RYZEN AI 7 450' text overlay, alongside an 'AMD RYZEN AI' logo.

Now we have two more SKUs in the upcoming AMD Gorgon Point leaked on a CPU benchmarking platform, confirming the naming convention and some specifications.

AMD Zen 5-Based 10-Core and 8-Core Ryzen AI 400 CPUs Leaked: 2.0 GHz Base Clock and Same Integrated Graphics As Strix Point Variants

There should be a total of seven SKUs in the Ryzen AI 400 series, aka AMD Gorgon Point, which is a refreshed Zen 5-based Strix Point family. Yesterday, the high-end Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 was leaked in SiSoftware, confirming its specs. Today, we have two more SKUs benchmarked on a CPU platform called CrossMark. The website confirms some of the earlier rumored specifications of both these CPUs, but detailed specs haven't been revealed yet.

The first one is the Ryzen AI 9 465, which is the successor to the Ryzen AI 9 365, and will boast the same 10-core/20-thread configuration, featuring a combination of Zen 5 and Zen 5c cores. Similarly, the Ryzen AI 7 450 succeeds the Ryzen AI 7 350, which falls in the Krackan Point. However, as you might already be aware, every SKU in the Ryzen AI 400 family, be it an entry-level chip or a high-end one, will be included in the Gorgon Point family.

Ryzen AI 7 450 boasts an 8-core/16-thread configuration and has a base clock of 2.0 GHz. Essentially, this is the base clock of all the Strix Point/Krackan Point SKUs, and we are seeing the same on Gorgon Point as well. However, the Ryzen AI 7 450 should bring higher boost clocks, which aren't revealed in this particular leak. According to an earlier leak, while the Ryzen AI 9 465 should retain the 5.0 GHz boost clock as its predecessor, the Ryzen AI 7 450 should bring over 5.2 GHz of boost clock.

Keep in mind that there is another Ryzen AI 7 400 variant, which will have the same 5.0 GHz boost clock as the Ryzen AI 7 350. Therefore, we are unsure which one appeared on CrossMark. Nonetheless, we should see the same L2+L3 cache on both Ryzen AI 9 465 and Ryzen AI 7 450 as their predecessors, as well as the same Radeon 880M and Radeon 860M integrated graphics, based on the RDNA 3.5 architecture.

In the coming days, expect more such leaks to surface as we are close to the launch of these SKUs at the beginning of 2026. As of now, we have three SKUs leaked, and there are four more, including one Ryzen AI 7 400 chip, two SKUs in the Ryzen AI 5 400 family, and one in the Ryzen AI 3 400, bringing as low as 6-core/12-thread configuration.
