GameMax's Infinity Pro chassis has dual chambers, keeping the PSU separate from the main area to maintain easier cable management and looks.
GameMax debuts Infinity Pro chassis, compatible with back-connector motherboards, priced at less than $100
GameMax has announced a new mid-tower chassis featuring a dual-chamber layout. The "Infinity Pro" is the company's latest offering for users who love a clean build with little to no cable visibility. The case seeks to separate the PSU from the main area through its dual-chamber design, enhancing the aesthetics.
It seems like most case manufacturers are trying to offer compatibility with motherboards with connectors at the back. The same goes for the Infinity Pro, which supports motherboard designs such as the ASUS BTF, Gigabyte Stealth, and MSI Project ZERO.
GameMax also previously introduced two more cases with such support a few months back, F36 and F46. To support these motherboards, the manufacturers have to equip the cases with additional cutouts in the motherboard tray. The Infinity Pro does that outside of the box, supporting both regular and back-connector motherboards.
The Infinity Pro focuses a lot on aesthetics as well. It boasts three tempered glass side panels, all seamlessly connected to offer a panoramic view for a beautiful hardware presentation. The case is somewhat big, having dimensions of (L)418*(W)272*(H)454mm, which allows it to support long graphics cards of up to 400mm in length, a CPU cooler with a height of up to 160mm and multiple fans and radiators.
GameMax says that the case can allow installation of up to 8x 120mm fans as can be seen from the images: three at the front side, three at the bottom, and two at the rear, allowing a balanced airflow for maximum heat dissipation. As the PSU resides in the back chamber, the main area gets plenty of clearance for radiator installation as well and can accommodate up to 360mm radiators in place of fans.
The Infinity Pro already comes with 5x 120mm PWM ARGB fans pre-installed and a controller hub that allows changing the light modes. There are a total of 81 built-in lighting effects which can be synced with other RGB components via popular RGB software. Users can either add more fans to the case or swap them with a radiator or two if they want better cooling.
GameMax Infinity Pro is available in both White and Black colors and both editions are priced at $95.90.
