GameMax Dragon Knight 2 is mildly upgraded over the Dragon Knight full tower, bringing the same iconic 8-slot HDD design for high-end PCs/workstations.
Dragon Knight 2 Launched with Support of up to E-ATX motherboard, 8x HDDs, 8x Expansion slots, and Pre-installed 5x ARGB Fans
GameMax has today launched its new iteration of the existing Dragon Knight full tower case, namely "Dragon Knight 2". The case brings a big form factor for accommodating big components, offering plenty of space to build a high-end gaming PC or a workstation system. 
The GameMax Dragon Knight 2 is technically the same as the original edition except that there are some minor changes in design. The case is quite massive with motherboard support of up to an E-ATX form factor. However, users can install mini-ATX, micro-ATX, and ATX motherboards as well. With plenty of cutouts in the motherboard tray, the case brings a decent cable management system for a clean build, which can be seen through the acrylic side panel.
However, the notable feature of this case is the availability of 8x HDD slots, which brings back 2010s full-tower PC cases, allowing you to add tons of storage drives for a massive storage capacity. However, users can add up to 8x SSDs + 2x SSDs in place of hard drives. The storage rack takes up the front space, limiting the PSU shroud to about 65% of the interior, allowing users to hide the PSU and cables within that area. Another notable feature is the availability of a built-in HDD hot-swap and a 3-in-1 card reader for convenience.
The Dragon Knight 2 comes pre-equipped with 5x ARGB fans but can accommodate AIO cooling solutions with radiators of up to 240mm on top and 120mm at the rear. However, the front and bottom areas do not allow the installation of radiators due to the presence of the storage rack. The fans are connected to an ARGB fan hub at the back that allows full control over the colors and RGB effects of those fans. These features were already present in the Dragon Knight full tower.
The front, top, bottom, and rear are properly ventilated for a balanced airflow, cooling all the components effectively. To prevent dust from entering into the case, the top and bottom of the case come with mesh cover and dust filters for easier cleaning.
Now as far as the clearance for components goes, GameMax hasn't disclosed complete details but judging by the layout, it's technically the same as the Dragon Knight edition, which means up to 420mm of VGA clearance, 170mm of CPU cooler clearance, and 20mm clearance for cable management at the side panel.
GameMax Dragon Knight 2 launches for $105.90 but the availability is yet to be disclosed.
