Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic Orange is one of the most breathtaking and vibrant finishes you will ever lay eyes on. According to a fresh leak, Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra may be following the same path, with a move that appears to be a blatant ‘copy and paste’ from the South Korean giant.
A total of three Galaxy S26 Ultra colors were shown in the latest leak - prolific leaker claims that these are ‘very likely’ AI-generated
The smartphone community is going to have a field day with the latest leak that was spotted on Reddit, thanks to user ‘Direct-Till-2680.’ Although we can visibly see three alleged Galaxy S26 Ultra colors, the Cosmic Orange-like paint job will likely catch everyone’s eye. The authenticity of the leak cannot be confirmed at this time, unfortunately, with even one Redditor saying ‘That color has to be a joke.’
It is possible that Samsung was just experimenting with a few finishes, and some prototypes just managed to get snapped and make their way onto the internet. Then again, well-established leaker @OnLeaks has put out a post on X saying that he believes the images to be AI-generated, and he might be correct in these claims. After all, the image right at the top was generated using ChatGPT, so who is to say that the same cannot be done in the picture above?
It is tough to determine the veracity of this leak, but keep in mind that this is not the first time Samsung has introduced an orange-like finish to the table for its flagship series. The last time we witnessed this was when the company announced the Galaxy S24 family, with an online-exclusive variant available with an orange paint job, but less ‘eye popping’ than the iPhone 17 Pro Max’s Cosmic Orange color. Do you think the Galaxy S26 Ultra could ship with this version? Let us know in the comments.
