It appears that the Galaxy S24 FE is heading closer to its official launch because today, we have just received word about the model number of Samsung's upcoming affordable flagship. The one thing that surprises me is that, based on my observation, the phone is not due until October this year, but from the looks of it, the phone's already ready for prime time.
Galaxy S24 FE is now closer to its official launch than before
Based on the leak we have received from RootMyGalaxy, the Galaxy S24 FE has shown up in the EE (UK's carrier) database. The phone also has the model number SM-S7210U, which is a bit strange as the variants ending with U are normally for American markets, but for all we know, this could just be a placeholder and could change.
Rumors surrounding the Galaxy S24 FE have been piling up for some time now, and it is more than safe to say that Samsung is up to something good. I cannot wait to see more Fan Edition devices coming out in the near future. Keep in mind that Samsung is also preparing Fan Edition versions of multiple devices, including foldable phones and its Galaxy Watch.
Sadly, as much as I would love to share more information about the Galaxy S24 FE with you, there simply are not enough details available. We know for sure that the phone exists, and Samsung is going to launch it sometime later this year. It is also going to borrow a lot of specs from its direct sibling, and it might even offer a mix of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy and Exynos 2400 chipsets, based on the regions you are looking at. At this point, it is more than safe to say that Samsung has a winner at its hands, and based on the information, we are looking at some really good devices coming in the near future.
