FSP Updates Entire PSU Fleet To ATX 3.1 & PCIe 5.1 Standards, Dagger PM Goes SFX, New AIO & Towering CPU Coolers 1

FSP offers some solid PSU solutions & they are upgrading all of them to new ATX 3.1 & PCIe 5.1 standards while introducing new AIO & Tower CPU coolers.

FSP Dishes Out New ATX 3.1 & PCIe 5.1 Ready PSU Designs, AIO & Tower-Type CPU Coolers, and Brand New PC Cases

Starting with the big guns, FSP once again showed off its Cannon Pro flagship PSU, a 2500W behemoth. This time, it has been upgraded to all the latest PSU standards, such as ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1. The PSU comes with four 16-pin connectors, but FSP told us that certain customers can choose to have up to six connectors.

Besides the FSP Cannon Pro, FSP is also showing off its updated MEGA GM, VITA PM, and ADVAN BD+ lineups. The MEGA GM lineup comes with an 80 Plus Gold rating with 1200W, 1000W, and 850W options. These PSUs measure 150x150x86mm.

The entry-level ADVAN BD+ range from 350W, 450W, 550W, 650W, 750W, and 850W designs with 80 Plus Bronze ratings, and these measure 140x150x86mm. All ADVAN BD+ PSUs feature Japanese electrolytic capacitors and 120mm HYB (Hydraulic Bearing) fans with a non-modular, but embossed cabling design.

Then we have the high-end VITA PM, which comes in 650W, 750W, 850W, and 1000W PSU designs with 80 Plus Platinum ratings. These PSUs feature 105C Japanese bulk capacitors with LLC resonant-converter topology and feature a 120mm silent and long-life fan. These PSUs measure 140x150x86mm. All three lineups come with 12V-2x6 connector cables.

Lastly, there's the FSP Dagger PM SFX, which is a small form factor design, measuring 100x125x63.5 mm and comes with 1000W and 850W capacities. The PSU also features the latest standards, such as ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1, while offering an 80 Plus Platinum rating. The PSU comes with an off-wet, off-dust, and off-stain conformal coating with a hold-up time of equal to or greater than 12ms @ 100% load. The PSU features a single 92mm FDB fan, while the capacitors are 105°C "E" design. The PSU goes hand in hand with the S550-B, which is an SFF-Ready compact PC case that supports Mini-ITX motherboards.

Besides the PSUs, FSP is also launching its new AP36 AIO liquid coolers, which feature a 360mm design and adopt three 120mm ARGB PWM fans. The block features a fully customizable 2.8" LCD, and the AIO will be available in black and white colors. Compatibility with all the latest platforms, including Intel LGA 1851/1700/1200 and AMD AM5/AM4, is available.

There are also several tower-type air coolers on display, which include the dual-tower and 140mm MP7P-B with six 6mm heat pipes and up to 300W TDP support. There's also the MP9-B, which has an offset design with reduced interference and a copper base, while the single-tower ND5-B is rated for 240W and features a digital display on the top that reads the CPU temperature. All three tower heatsinks come in black.

A rather interesting product that FSP is showcasing is a compact Mini PC, the MX1A, which packs an Intel Core i5-12450H/Core i7-12700H with a choice of NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 4060M/4070M GPU, 2x DDR5 SODIMM slots, 2 M.2 2280 slots, WIFI6+BT 5.2 support, all within a chassis that measures 298 x 225 x 95mm. The IO includes HDMI, DP, USB Type-C, USB 2.0x4, USB 3.0x2, dual LAN ports, 3.5mm audio, and a DC-in Jack. Pricing details on all of these products are expected within the next few months.
