If you are a registered developer, you can download the latest beta software updates from the Apple Developer Center. The updates are available for free for all compatible Apple devices. Apple has released iOS 16.4, iPadOS 16.4, macOS 13.3, watchOS 9.4, and tvOS 16.4 Beta 3 to developers for testing purposes. Developers can now download iOS 16.4, iPadOS 16.4, macOS 13.3, watchOS 9.4, and tvOS 16.4 Beta 3 on compatible Apple devices

Developers can download the latest iOS 16.4 and iPad 16.4 beta 3 from the Apple Developer Center on all compatible iPhone and iPad models. Be sure to install the proper configuration profile and head over to General > Software Update. iOS 16.4 will bring new emojis, Safari Web Push notifications, and much more to the table.

You can install the latest macOS Ventira 13.3 beta 3 on your compatible Mac by installing a profile from the Developer Center. The update will be available over the air, and you install it through the Software Update mechanism in System Settings. macOS 13.3 will bring new emojis, new HomeKit architecture, and much more.

Apart from iOS 16.4 beta 3, Apple has also seeded watchOS 9.4 to developers. You can download the configuration profile from the Developer Center and then navigate to the General > Software Update. Make sure that your Apple Watch has over 50 percent of the battery and is plugged into a power source. Additionally, it should also be in the range of your iPhone.

Lastly, Apple has also seeded tvOS 16.4 to developers for testing purposes. The beta can be installed on compatible Apple TV models using a profile that you can download through Xcode. tvOS updates have always been minor in scale, but the latest update will bring stability improvements to the mix and much more.
