Devil May Cry 5 game director Hideaki Itsuno and producer Matt Walker have expressed that they would love to play a DMC game on the Nintendo Switch.

The next Devil May Cry installment is releasing next month for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but many fans would love to have the popular hack and slash title on their Switch as well – something that both Itsuno and Walker would like as well. At least, that’s what the pair said in a recent interview with Express Online.

"We haven't announced anything for Switch, right," Walker and Itsuno said. "We personally would love to play a Devil May Cry game on [the] Switch.
"I'm one of those guys that always, I want to play everything on Switch. I'm always asking for ports.”

The pair added that only time will tell whether we’ll see a Devil May Cry title on Nintendo’s hybrid platform.

"Either way, we haven't announced anything for Switch, so let's wait to see what happens."

Unfortunately, no direct confirmation of a DMC Switch game in any way, but Capcom doesn’t seem to rule out the possibility either.
