The Dark Souls series is mostly know for its brutally high challenge level which requires players to obtain a good level of knowledge of all its mechanics to succeed without excessive frustration. The powerful bosses of the series are also among the most popular features of the series, and if you ever wanted to see how it feels to be an overly powerful being, you will be happy to know that you will be able to do this very soon.

A few hours ago, a dedicated Dark Souls 3 fan shared a new video which showcases a mod he has been working on recently. Thanks to this mod, players will be able to control bosses during the game, with the aim to introduce an offline two players arena mode with controllable bosses.

Sorry for lagging PC got out of ram due to me coding stuff. This video shows how I control the boss and enabling BOSS POV Camera too. The goal of the mod is to allow player to control enemies and battle another player for OFFLINE 2P Arena Mode.

Work is still underway on this Dark Souls 3 mod, so we don't know precisely when it will be released to the public. We will let you know more on the matter as soon as the developer shares some more information on their work.

Last week, a new patch for the PC version of Dark Souls 3 has been made available on Steam, but was later removed due to freezing issues that were making the game unplayable for most. The patch will be made available again once the developer manages to fix these issues.

Dark Souls 3 is now available in all regions on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
