Crimson Desert Patch 1.07 Drops Five New Rematch Bosses and Finally Squashes the AMD Driver Crash Plaguing Players

Pearl Abyss has pushed yet another patch for Crimson Desert today. Update 1.07, which is already live on all platforms except for the Mac App Store, adds new bosses to the Rematch feature that debuted less than two weeks ago with patch 1.05, allowing players to challenge bosses after defeating them the first time around. The new bosses are:

Moreover, Crimson Desert update 1.07 includes several bug fixes, the most critical of which is probably the fix of a GPU crash issue that occurred with AMD driver version 26.5.1.

There's no doubt that Pearl Abyss is keeping an excellent pace when it comes to post-launch support. It makes a lot of sense, though, as the game was highly successful commercially, selling 5 million units in less than a month and contributing heavily to the excellent financial quarter of the South Korean company. The full-year forecast showed the game potentially earning up to half a billion dollars in revenue by the end of 2026, which would be an incredible success for the first entry in a new franchise.

The studio also confirmed it is exploring DLC, though it hasn't yet confirmed whether it will actually be produced.
