ASUS Unveils ROG SWIFT OLED 2024 Gaming Monitor Lineup: QD-OLED, 32-Inch 4K Flat, Dual-Mode Tech & More

ASUS has introduced several new ROG SWIFT OLED & QD-OLED gaming monitors at CES 2024 with Flat-Screen 4K designs & dual-mode tech support.

ASUS's 2024 ROG SWIFT Gaming Monitors Are Equipped With QD-OLED Screens, Flat-Screen 4K Options With Dual-Mode Technology

ASUS's 2024 ROG SWIFT OLED & QD-OLED gaming monitor family is equipped with the 3rd Gen OLED technology which provides 30% brighter displays, clearer pixel edges, and extremely low motion blur. The tech is available in designs ranging from 27", 32", 34" and 39" designs. ASUS is also incorporating a brand new custom heatsink which reduces thermal load on the screen to prevent OLED burn-in.

Starting with the new 32" options, ASUS has unveiled its ROG SWIFT OLED PG32UCDP and the ROG SWIFT OLED PG32UCDM monitors. Both monitors feature a flat-screen design and support up to 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution.

The PG32UCDP comes equipped with the latest dual-mode technology that offers support for a standard 240Hz 4K and FHD 480Hz mode. These modes can be switched on the go, dynamically. The panel is a 3rd Gen WOLED with MLA has a peak brightness of 1300 nits and is HDR10 compliant. The monitor is expected to hit retail in 2H 2024.

The PH32UCDM is a 4K 240Hz design which is ASUS's 3rd Gen QD-OLED technology and comes with a glossy screen (anti-reflection). It has a 1000 nits peak brightness and is HDR10 compliant too. This is expected to launch in Q1 2024.

For users who want more on the curved gaming side of things, ASUS has the PG34WCDM and PG39WCDM ROG SWIFT OLED designs. The PG39WCDM is a 39" (21:9) design with a curvature of 800R and features a resolution of WQHD (3440 x 1440) at 240Hz. It has a peak brightness of 1300nits and comes with DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, and USB Type-C ports. The 34" model is very similar and is expected to hit retail shelves in the first quarter of 2024.

Lastly, there's the ASUS ROG SWIFT OLED PG27AQDP which is designed as a flagship eSports option with a 26.5" QHD OLED display and a 480Hz refresh rate. This monitor has a 1300 nits brightness (peak) and comes with the latest DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1 inputs to support the next-gen bandwidth required to run super-fast and motion-clear games. The monitor will be hitting retail shelves in the second half of 2024.
