ASUS B860 & H810 Motherboards Launch Early Next Year, Targeted at Mainstream Intel Core Ultra 200S Builds

ASUS did it once again! The leading motherboard manufacturer has already prepared itself for the launch of the upcoming Intel 800 chipset motherboards. These will be the entry-level H810 and the mainstream B860 chipset motherboards, which will launch for Intel Core Ultra 200S Desktop CPUs.

The official website of ASUS, which is dedicated to the recent Z890 motherboards has H810 and B860 names in its URL. Even though the page officially doesn't have any information on these chipsets, it appears that ASUS has made preparations in advance so that when these chipsets are officially revealed, the information can be added to the microsite.

Moreover, when we check the source code for the webpage, we can see that the H810 and B860 are mentioned in the content under meta keywords as well as the meta title.

Interestingly, this isn't the first time ASUS has revealed information about the upcoming products. The brand has leaked the Ryzen 9000X3D CPUs previously by mentioning it clearly in the URL and the source code. The mention doesn't necessarily mean that the budget Intel 800 chipset motherboards are going to launch very soon.

Several 800 chipsets have been in the discussion a few months ago and it's likely that these won't be released until Intel comes with the second batch of Arrow Lake CPUs, featuring the locked Core Ultra Series 2 processors for desktops. As of now, only the Z890 chipset motherboards have been launched and are currently available for pre-order along with the 5 SKUs in the Arrow Lake lineup.

The initial launch focuses on the unlocked CPUs and motherboards and as the H810 and B860 won't support CPU overclocking, expect the motherboard makers to reveal them when Intel launches the locked Core Ultra 7, 5, and 3 processors.
