The company has finally unveiled its flagship offering in the X870 lineup, called the X870E Taichi OCF, which takes place of the X870E Taichi by bringing superior specifications. If you are aware of ASRock's Taichi OCF models, you might already know that the Z890 Taichi OCF is usually used by world-class overclockers to break overclocking world records. By introducing a similar model for AMD processors, ASRock is now offering its best motherboard in the lineup for enthusiasts who own any of the AM5-compatible processors.

Equipped with 22+2+1 power phase VRM with 110A SPS design, it's a monster at both CPU and memory overclocking. To further improve memory speeds and timings, it brings a one DIMM per channel design to achieve record-breaking speeds. The connectivity also brings some of the fastest options on the market, including multiple Type-C ports with options such as USB4, and WiFi 7 for supporting 5GHz and 6GHz internet connections.

On the other hand, users who want a powerful yet more budget-friendly motherboard can opt for the X870 Taichi Creator, which delivers exceptional connectivity as well. Offering 10GbE and 5GbE LAN ports and the latest WiFi 7, it's as good as the Taichi OCF but has slightly weaker VRM with 18+2+1 power phase VRM. However, it's still enough to push even the flagship Ryzen 9000 chips to their limits.

Then we have the X870 NOVA WiFi and X870 LiveMixer WiFi with powerful VRMs, component support, connectivity, and design that can meet the requirements of most PC enthusiasts. For budget-oriented PC builds, ASRock has released the X870 Pro-A WiFi, which is also an excellent option for gaming and productivity builds, offering 16+2+1 power phase VRM and features WIFI 7 and fast peripheral connectivity.
