The full PC requirements for Alan Wake 2 are finally here ahead of its launch later this month, and well, you may want to make some last-minute upgrades if you want to play the game at its best and spookiest.

Remedy just assumes you’ll be running DLSS or FSR2, regardless of what spec you're playing on, and you’re going to need 16 GB of RAM even if that spec is Minimum. Even just playing at 1080p and medium settings without ray tracing is going to require GeForce RTX 3070 or Radeon RX 6700 XT, and once you get into the ray tracing settings, hoo boy. Interestingly, Remedy doesn’t even list an AMD card for the top two ray tracing settings – make of that what you will. But hey, on the plus side, seems like the game won’t be too demanding on your CPU as pretty much all the settings list the same Intel processor. Anyways, you can check out the full Alan Wake 2 PC requirements, below.

Alan Wake 2 launches on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5 on October 27. What do you think? Is your rig up for the task? Of course, you can always give the game a spin via GeForce Now if playing locally just isn't an option.
