Popular consumer and enterprise hardware maker, Akasa, has introduced its latest compact mini ITX chassis called the "Euler CMX" for Intel platforms, offering a small footprint, but sufficient to handle older-gen and the latest Intel Core Ultra series-compatible ITX motherboards. The Euler CMX looks a lot like its other Euler Mini-ITX cases, such as the Euler MX Plus, MX, and MKII, but the CMX brings an upgraded design that makes it fit for the latest Intel Core Ultra series.

The Euler CMX supports all the way from 8th-gen Intel to Intel's 15th-gen, aka Core Ultra series processors, rated at up to 35W of TDP, enabling a lower-power setup for those who want ultra-silent operation. The CMX is, therefore, a fanless chassis, but offers properly ventilated panels to ensure continuous and passive heat dissipation. The case uses a large aluminum thermal module to dissipate the heat from the CPU through the chassis fins to ensure stable performance for a long duration.

The case also brings a heatsink and thermal pads for cooling M.2 SSDs. Despite being just 4.0 litres in volume and without any fans, it takes care of the essential cooling inside a compact 248.6 x 205 x 78.5 mm chassis through this design. The Euler CMX also comes with a built-in 220W power supply for continuous and reliable power delivery, but there is an optional 150W external power adapter available for users who want more power for their systems.

Euler CMX can be wall-mounted using VESA/wall mounting support for flexible installation if there are space constraints, and of course, those who want to keep it on the desk won't have to worry much about the space required. Lastly, for connectivity, the case boasts multiple USB Type A ports, including USB 3.2 Gen 1 and USB 2.0 ports.

Akasa has launched the Euler CMX at a price of £151.50/€159.00/US$187 and is now available to order in regions including North America, Europe, the UK, and Asia.
