Acer has added new monitors to the Nitro and ProDesigner series, offering high-end specifications for each model.
Acer Launches Nitro XV273U F5 1000Hz, XF320QX 5K Monitor With Dual Mode, and XF345CKR P Ultra Wide Mini LED Monitors; Also Showcases Several ProDesigner Series Monitors
Popular monitor maker, Acer, has introduced several new monitors in the existing Nitro and ProDesigner series at the Computex event. At Taipei, we got introduced to three new Nitro series gaming monitors, starting at 1440p IPS to 5K Ultra-wide gaming monitor, offering dual mode configuration. In the ProDesigner series, a couple of new monitors were launched meant for the professionals and content creators.
The first model in the Nitro series is the Nitro XV273U F5, which offers a 27-inch QHD display using an IPS panel. It's fast IPS display that boasts an ultra-low response time of just 0.5ms GtG, and offers up to 1000 Hz of refresh rate. By default, the monitor runs at 500 Hz at 2K resolution, but can be switched to HD resolution with up to 1000 Hz using DFR. It boasts both AMD FreeSync Premium support and NVIDIA G-Sync compatibility to ensure tear-free gaming.
The next one is the Nitro XV320QX, a new 31.5-inch 5K gaming monitor that uses fast IPS panel to deliver low response time of 0.5 ms GtG. It is a dual-mode monitor as well, allowing users to switch to QHD resolution. At 5K resolution, it works at 165 Hz, but at QHD, it can go up to 330 Hz refresh rate for a fluid gaming experience. The third one is the Nitro XF345CKR P, which is a dual mode monitor as well and can display 5K@180Hz and up to WQHD@360Hz.
In the ProDesigner category, we have the ProDesigner PE320QK G0, which offers a 31.5" UHD display using the QD-OLED panel for accurate color reproduction and deep blacks. The display is Calman verified and brings an ultra accuracy of Delta E < 1. The color gamut includes 99% DCI-P3 and 99% Adobe RGB, making it ideal for professionals, and a solid 240 Hz of refresh rate that makes it ideal even for gamers.
Then we have a similar offering called CE320QK G, which offers similar specifications, but isn't included in the ProDesigner lineup. Lastly, Acer unveiled an ultra-compact display called PM131QT that boasts just 12.3" display size with a resolution of 1920x720p. It uses IPS panel and 5-point touch for better productivity.
