Official Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update has started rolling out for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 owners on Vodafone. This latest Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean upgrade comes with new build number P5100BUDMD1. Earlier the Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean was released with P5100BUCLL1 release build digits.
The update has been rolled out and is live in Samsung KIES and because of the update being carrier branded, it must be available via Over the Air too. To update P5100BUDMD1 4.1.2 Jelly Bean on Vodafone Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, go to Settings > About > Check for updates.
Another way of installing latest official updates for Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is to download the latest Samsung KIES on your computer. And then connect your Tab 2 10.1 P5100 with PC and check for any latest upgrades.
