Over a year after its official announcement, UFO Robot Grendizer: The Feast of the Wolves, the action game based on the manga by Go Nagai launching sometime this year on PC and consoles, received its first-ever gameplay trailer.
The trailer, which can be watched below, is rather short, but fans of the classic manga and anime show will surely appreciate the showcased flashy combat and the small bits of traversal. The game, as mentioned above, will launch on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch sometime this year.
UFO Robot Grendizer: The Feast of the Wolves will be an extremely faithful adaptation of the anime series, as it will follow the very first story arc of the anime series, allowing players to play through some of the franchise's most iconic sequences. The game will also feature the original music from the show, which will be reorchestrated, and a gameplay experience that promises to be quite varied, alternating between action/brawler, third-person shooter, and shoot'em up.
UFO Robot Grendizer: The Feast of the Wolves will release on a yet-to-be-confirmed 2023 release date on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders are now open on all platforms, and additional information on the game's settings and features can be found on its Steam store page.
