While it’s an impressive list of new features, the actual performance of The Witcher 3 on next-gen consoles may be the subject of debate. Early analysis shows the game’s upgraded visuals don’t run as sharply or smoothly on PS5 as you might expect, particularly in Ray-Tracing mode.

The Witcher 3 can be played on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and Switch. The next-gen update drops this Wednesday (December 14).
