Super Smash Bros Ultimate

The next Super Smash Bros Ultimate DLC character, Terry Bogard from the Fatal Fury series, may be released very soon worldwide.

As spotted by Spoopy Ninty, the latest Super Smash Bros Ultimate Spirit Board event includes copyrights for SNK. All the previous events, including the latest, lacked this copyright mention, so it's likely that the character will be available by the time the event begins on November 1st.

Nintendo has yet to announce anything regarding the matter, so we have to take this with a grain of salt. If the character is indeed releasing in two days, we will hear more about the matter very soon.

Super Smash Bros Ultimate has been released last year on Nintendo Switch. According to Dave, it is one of the best entries in the series ever, thanks to the huge character roster and wealth of play modes.

But you might notice something in this review – a distinct lack of complaints. Well, much of the game is, of course, taken straight from Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, including characters, many animations and effects, but that’s it. It has so much new and changed that it feels completely distinct from that game, and the handheld form factor is another fantastic plus. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate really does include everything Smash of the past has offered and more, but it needs, perhaps, more new stages and costumes. They certainly wouldn’t go amiss.

Super Smash Bros Ultimate is now available on Nintendo Switch in all regions.
