Sega's upcoming Sonic X Shadow Generations appears to feature another yet-to-be-revealed alternate Shadow.
As spotted on X by user @TailsChannel, the character page of the game's official Japanese website mentions Sonic, Modern Sonic, Shadow, and seemingly, an alternate Shadow that will be "coming soon". It's likely that we're looking at an alternate skin for Shadow, but fans are also speculating about classic Shadow, Silver, Metal Sonic, Infinite, or Mephiles. We've included a screenshot of the "coming soon" spot for Shadow below.
No further details about this 'alternate' Shadow character have been revealed just yet, but we'll update you as soon as more information comes in.
Sonic X Shadow Generations was officially announced back in February of this year. The remaster will feature a new standalone Shadow campaign. Back in April of this year, the game received a rating in South Korea, and it was recently revealed that the title is arriving on October 25 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
