Samsung Display, being the major player in producing OLED panels, is now further expanding its portfolio by introducing more OLED products in multiple product lineups. The company has been at the forefront for years in producing the most OLED displays and is now going to unveil its first AI-powered OLED product series at the CES event in a few days.

Users should expect a wide range of products to offer AI-powered OLED displays, spanning categories like consumer electronics, automotive, and XR devices. Under the theme "A New Era of Experience, Powered by AI & Display", Samsung will present various concept products at the event, including AI-enabled robots, smart speakers, automotive displays, and more.

One of the most interesting products is Samsung's new QD-OLED TV, which overcomes the challenges of low brightness on OLED panels. Samsung's latest-gen OLED panels are already much brighter than their predecessors, but achieving an incredibly high peak brightness remained a dream. However, with the introduction of the 77-inch QD-OLED TV, the company is set to cross the limits, offering a staggering peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits.

Samsung OLED and QD-OLED are no longer just for gamers or professionals. They are now the ideal solutions for both office and home users in the AI era,

More than 300 tablet, laptop, and monitor models launched last year adopted Samsung Display panels – more than triple the number from three years ago.

Samsung calls it "the world's brightest" TV that not only delivers exceptionally high contrast and great color reproduction, but can also ensure incredibly vivid image quality. Samsung says that unlike QD-OLED's competing products, the QD-OLED can deliver superior perceptual brightness and will further utilize the AI technology to improve the visual quality.

We have already seen a couple of monitor makers introducing their proprietary AI upscaling technology, like LG, to improve the image quality on their newest displays. Samsung, being the leading manufacturer of QD-OLED, isn't going to lag in this one and will soon deploy the latest-gen QD-OLED on as many products as possible this year.
