Razer has introduced its new Blade 16 and Blade 18 gaming laptops, featuring GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5080, and RTX 5090 mobile GPUs, paired with the latest Intel and AMD processors. Starting with the cheapest model, we have the Blade 16 gaming laptop with Ryzen AI 9 365 processor and an RTX 5070 Ti 12 GB GDDR7. The laptop costs $2999 with 32 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD, which can be increased to a 2 TB and 64 GB configuration for an additional $800.

The next variant is based on the GeForce RTX 5080 16 GB GDDR7 but keeps the processor, RAM, and storage capacity the same. It will cost $3,499 for the base configuration, but for a 2 TB SSD and 64 GB model, you will have to pay $300 more. Lastly, for the RTX 5090 16 GB variant, the Blade 16 will cost an incredible $4,499. However, it will be powered by a more powerful Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor and will have 2 TB SSD and 32 GB memory for the base model. For a higher storage of 4 TB, users will have to pay $400 more.

Most of the specs on the newer Blade 16 will be similar to the predecessor variants, including the display, which will feature a QHD+ resolution with an OLED panel, running at 240 Hz. The design is roughly the same with a slim body and an RGB keyboard. The battery life is also retained at 90 Whr and the connectivity includes WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.

Now for the Blade 18, Razer went with the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor from the Arrow Lake-HX family. The price is somewhat higher compared to the AMD variant, and it's also due to a bigger 18-inch display and dual display modes, featuring UHD+ 240Hz and FHD+ 440Hz modes. This one costs $4,899, $300 more than the Razer Blade 16 RTX 5090 model. Obviously, there will be some differences in performance, and the Intel-based laptop will have more cores.

If you want to settle for a lower GPU power with the same processor, Razer has the RTX 5080 for $4,099 and the RTX 5070 Ti variant for $3,499. These models will ship with a 1 TB SSD and 32 GB RAM. The rest of the stuff is the same, but the battery life is a bit higher with a 99 Whr battery.
