PNY Makes RTX 50 Graphics Cards Slimmer With New “Dual Slot Slim” Models: Available In 5080, 5070 Ti & 5070 Variants

PNY has launched its brand new "Dual Slot Slim" GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards in 5080, 5070 Ti, and 5070 variants.

At CES 2026, we have so far seen the GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards getting bigger and bigger, with the likes of MSI's Lightning Z and Gigabyte's Infinity. But PNY decided to go a different route by making more slimmer RTX 50 variants.

The manufacturer has announced a trio of graphics cards within its RTX 50 range under its brand new "Dual Slot Slim" lineup. These include the GeForce RTX 5080 Slim, RTX 5070 Ti Slim, and the RTX 5070 Slim. All three graphics cards come with the same core configurations and even retain a high factory overclock out of the box, which shows that PNY didn't compromise on cooling.

Cooling on the PNY RTX 50 Dual Slot Slim graphics cards is maintained using the latest Velocity-X cooler that offers two large 120mm fans, a massive vapor chamber on the heatsink, and an aluminum backplate. With a maximum thickness of just 40mm across all models and a maximum length of 300mm, these slim graphics cards make a perfect choice for SFF PC builders.
