Popular mini PC and eGPU maker has debuted its most powerful high-performance AI mini PC, powered by the flagship AMD Zen 5 mobile chip.
OneXPlayer Debuts Ryzen AI Max+ 395-Powered ONEXStation Mini AI PC With Up To 128 GB Memory and 8 TB Storage
Popular console and eGPU maker, OneXPlayer, has introduced a powerful mini PC, featuring the flagship AMD Zen 5 mobile chip. The ONEXStation Mini AI PC now sits as the most powerful mini PC offering in the OneXPlayer catalog, offering the best possible configuration for users who need powerful computing and AI prowess.
ONEXStation AI Mini PC boasts the 16-core/32-thread Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor, which offers up to 126 TOPS of AI power through the CPU+NPU+GPU. The CPU alone is powerful enough for professional workloads, but those who also want to carry out AI workloads locally will have sufficient AI TOPS of power through the chip. Its integrated GPU chip i.e., Radeon 8060S, is the fastest iGPU in the consumer market at the moment, offering RTX 4060-level performance in gaming.
The system utilizes a high-performance cooling solution with copper heat pipes and a dual-fan configuration to actively cool the hardware. Thanks to this robust cooling solution, the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 can work at up to its 120W TDP rating for maximum performance. We have seen some mini PC makers unlocking the TDP rating for the chip even further, but that usually requires a liquid cooling solution.
With up to 128 GB fast LPDDR5X-8000 MT/s memory, the machine can allocate up to 96 GB for the video memory while taking care of the rest with 32 GB system RAM for intensive workloads. For storage, ONEXStation offers dual M.2 slots that can expand storage capacity up to 8 TB, and offer 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD out of the box. For connectivity, it's packed with plenty of ports for peripherals and wireless devices, including multiple Type A and Type C ports, WiFi 7, 2.5G LAN, and even SD 4.0 slot.
The ONEXStation is right now available for sale in China, but the official slide didn't reveal the price.
