OnePlus 12 Goes International with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 5,400 mAh Battery, Gorgeous Colorway, and Stellar Cameras

I don't remember the last time I was this excited about a OnePlus release, but it is safe to say that there were a lot of expectations riding on the back of the OnePlus 12, and after launching in China last month, the phone is finally available to purchase in global markets.

For the most part, the OnePlus 12 in global markets is much more similar to the one in the Chinese market. Except for a few differences, not a lot has changed here, and I think that is certainly a good thing. In an era where other companies are keeping the best hardware limited to specific regions, OnePlus is not the company that believes in it.

The OnePlus 12 is the flagship we have all been waiting for

The OnePlus 12 launches with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and after experiencing the latest chipset, I can easily say that it is one of the best in terms of performance, sustained performance, and thermals. Whether you are gaming or just getting on with your day-to-day tasks, the phone is going to handle everything like a champion, and you will not run into any issues, either. This is what the phone brings to the table.

Powering the device is a 5,400 mAh battery that charges at 100W, which is definitely something impressive. For those who missed wireless charging, well, the good news is that the phone brings wireless charging back on the OnePlus 12, and you are getting 50W wireless charging.

The OnePlus 12 offers a 6.82-inch QHD+ display. You also get a 120Hz refresh rate, and the best thing is that this display is searingly bright at 4,500 nits of peak brightness. Now, I know that this is not something that is going to matter to a lot of people, and honestly, a phone does not really need to be that bright, but as far as technological advancement is concerned, the phone definitely does bring that. The screen on the phone is also packed with some other features, such as eye protection, that will ensure that you have a stellar experience regardless of how much you are using your device.

Moving on to the back of the phone, the OnePus 12 is equipped with a powerful camera system, with the primary camera being the Sony LYT-808 camera. There is also a 48-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 64-megapixel 3x periscope camera that can offer up to 120x hybrid zoom. The phone even has a color sensor to ensure that the pictures come out looking absolutely amazing.

The OnePlus 12 is available in both Silky Black and Flowy Emerald colorways. If you are looking for the higher 16/512GB variant, it is only available in the Flowy Emerald colorway. The white color will not be debuting anywhere else other than China. Here is how much you will have to pay:

You can pre-order the device right now if you have been waiting to get your hands on it, and the sales will start next month. It is safe to say that the OnePlus 12 is finally the flagship that we have all been waiting for.
