The day is finally here as today, we get a look at the official Galaxy Z Fold 5 render, showing us what Samsung's upcoming flagship foldable looks like. The render in question basically confirms all the doubts and questions that we had about the phone in the past. Sure, we have had the chance to look at the CAD-based renders a number of times, but this is a press render, which means that the device has finally come out of production, and it is a lot closer to the official launch.

The render was leaked by folks over at MySmartPrice, and although it is just a single image, it basically confirms everything that we wanted to know about the design. Since we already got our hands on the specs earlier, it is safe to say that the phone is going to leak in full in the coming days, and we will be sure to let you guys know.
Okay, so there you have it, this is what the Galaxy Z Fold 5 looks like, and if you are disappointed, you will not be the only one because the phone does look underwhelming, and yes, it does look like its predecessors. Yes, it packs the latest and greatest specs in the market and will be one of the most powerful foldable phones you can buy, but this is the same old recipe, only slightly improved.
I am really banking on the new waterdrop hinge because that is supposed to improve the durability of the phone and reduce the crease to a certain extent, but so far, we have not seen anything concrete as to how good the new hinge is.
The Galaxy Z Fold 5, along with the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and a host of other devices, is set to launch at Galaxy Unpacked plater in July. Hopefully, the event will go live on the 26th of July, and the phones will be available for preorder on the same day. We don't know much about what Samsung has in store for us, but we will be sure to keep you posted about everything that we learn regarding the new foldable and other devices that the company has planned.
