The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 "Blackwell" gaming GPU launch is getting closer, but while the green team hasn't announced anything officially themselves, Kopite7kimi suggests that the launch will take place soon.

This comes as a new post on the social media platform "X" where the leaker made a cryptic statement about the launch of the next-gen GPUs which can be seen below:

Now it should be noted that, as per previous reports, NVIDIA is expected to launch its GeForce RTX 50 "Blackwell" Gaming GPUs at CES 2025. In our exclusive, we reported that the company should be unveiling at least three new products, the GeForce RTX 5090, RTX 5080, and the RTX 5070. The initial specifications of these GPUs have already been laid out and there are some reports about the expected features and TDPs too.

However, as for the launch and pricing, these two are crucial, and we haven't seen a concrete confirmation. We know that the pricing can change even at the last minute, so a lot of pricing rumors are nothing more than disinformation or random guesses.

We have also seen during previous launches that NVIDIA announced a special event for its consumer-grade products & the GPU maker hasn't made any such announcement yet. If the launch is close as the leaker suggests, then we are bound to see a teaser announcement in the coming weeks.

Considering that NVIDIA's CEO, Jensen Huang, is going to present the CES 2025 keynote, we are almost certain that it should be the launch place for the RTX 50 series. A CES 2025 launch should mean we can expect a teaser announcement by the end of November or early December which will be in line with previous reports.

In addition to the desktop graphics cards, we also expect NVIDIA to unveil its GeForce RTX 50 "Blackwell" laptop gaming lineup which should be featured in premium and enthusiast-level laptops based on the latest chips from Intel and AMD.
