NVIDIA Gears Up For $50 Trillion “AI Automation” Market, CEO Says That Blackwell Will Be The “Most Successful” Product In Firm’s History

NVIDIA's CEO Jensen Huang believes that the AI frenzy will automate a whopping $50 trillion worth of companies, stating that Blackwell will play a dominant role.

NVIDIA Isn't Taking The Foot of The AI Accelerator Pedal Any Time Soon, Plans To Take Blackwell's Adoption To a Whole New Level

NVIDIA has undoubtedly managed to pick up a market that will progress rapidly in the future. Not only is every big tech firm, whether Microsoft or Amazon, forced into the race of "AI automation," but the demand for adequate computing power is rising massively.

Amid everything is NVIDIA, which is acting as the "jack of all trades," with its robust hardware and software ecosystem followed by probably the world's best AI compute stack, CUDA. Building upon that, Team Green plans to leverage a $50 trillion market of AI-based automation, as revealed by the firm's CEO.

In NVIDIA's Annual General Meeting, the firm's shareholders sat down to discuss future plans, such as compensation packages for the top officials, including CEO Jensen Huang. In the meeting, Jensen claimed that the future of the AI markets is bright and "green" as well, as he claims that firms are moving towards automation and expect this sector to grow to a $50 trillion stream, which will make it one of the largest markets, and we don't see it not happening, considering how during a span of a year, NVIDIA has propelled to the extreme heights, becoming the most valuable tech company out there.

Apart from that, Jensen expressed that the newly-released Blackwell architecture is going to be the most "successful product in their history and for the entire history of computers," which is a bold claim to make, but since it's coming from the mastermind himself, we can't really argue about it. The statistics justify the statement, the benchmarks do as well, and even the industry indicators point towards the fact that Blackwell will be revolutionary, not just for the computing domain, but wealth creation for NVIDIA as well.

Right now, NVIDIA's Blackwell AI servers are expected to cost somewhere around $1 million to $3 million depending upon configurations, while individual B100 AI accelerators will go for $35,000-$40,000 a piece, and we haven't factored in the "exclusivity" costs as well, so given that NVIDIA manages to sell one million units of Blackwell GPUs, you can imagine the extent of revenue the firm's going to earn from the upcoming AI bandwagon.

Well, right now, it's all NVIDIA and NVIDIA. Competitors are either slacking or aren't bothered to challenge the monopoly in any way, claiming that Team Green is in a "moat" while the reality is something different. It will be interesting to see how the future pans out for the markets, but it's safe to bet on NVIDIA for now.
