NVIDIA has announced a new GPU giveaway on its social handles. In the new X post, NVIDIA has announced that "GeForce Day" is back and that to celebrate it, the company will give away not one, but two GeForce RTX 5080 GPUs. NVIDIA has been regularly conducting giveaways this year and was particularly more active at the start of 2025 around CES.
This one is also familiar since both the RTX 5080 Founder Edition GPUs will be signed by NVIDIA's CEO Jensen Huang. Each of these officially costs $999, but since these will be signed by the CEO himself, they will be special collector's editions. The RTX 5080 is the second-fastest GPU in the RTX 50 lineup, and offers excellent specifications for gaming on higher resolutions. Packed with 10,752 CUDA Cores and 16 GB GDDR7 memory that runs at 30 Gbps through a 256-bit memory interface, it is able to max out games even at 4K resolution.
Remember that there are a few conditions to enter this giveaway. One has to comment "GeForce Day" under the thread, be it X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Twitch, TikTok, or Discord. The lucky winners will be randomly selected by NVIDIA's representative, and the winners will get 48 hours to respond to the email from NVIDIA. The giveaway starts from 6:00 AM, October 10th, 2025, Pacific Daylight Time, and ends at 6:00 AM on 13th October, 2025.
Many regions are eligible for this giveaway, but it's not available in a lot of regions. One can find their eligibility by checking the official NVIDIA giveaway page.
