The last time the Nothing Phone (3) was ever discounted was during Amazon’s holiday sale, which saw the premium smartphone powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 drop to as low as $639.99 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB configuration. Fortunately, the same price drop has been applied to the higher-tier variant, which ships with 16GB RAM and 512GB of onboard memory, and it can be yours for $719 on the online retailer. However, before picking this up, note that this offer has only been applied to the while color, so if you don’t care about any specific fancy paint job, the Phone (3) is definitely calling out your name.

The Phone (3) boasts a design that hasn’t been witnessed on any other smartphone release, and it is the unique Glyph Interface that houses 489 LEDs. Nothing successfully managed to stand out from the rest of the pack with this approach, and it has included numerous customization options for the Glyph Interface to work its magic. Of course, not everyone will be intrigued by this design, as some will prefer the Phone (3)’s specifications over other additions. While Nothing didn’t opt for the Snapdragon 8 Elite, or even the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, you do get the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4.
This chipset sits a tier below the aforementioned SoCs, and regarding performance, there is plenty to experience from the Phone (3). Also, with reports coming in that smartphone manufacturers are contemplating bringing back 4GB of RAM for entry-level devices and slowing the transition to the more premium handsets as far as 16GB RAM versions are concerned, Nothing’s top-end configuration is a ‘must have.’ You can easily complete more multitasking work, and the 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage will make everything on the operating system a lot snappier.
The Phone (3) is also exceptionally feature-rich in the camera department, sporting three 50MP sensors that are responsible for capturing wide-angle, ultrawide-angle, and telephoto shots, with 4K 60FPS video recording support enabled from the primary shooter. There’s also a single front-facing 50MP unit at the front, with everything displayed on a large 6.7-inch 120Hz LTPS OLED screen that’s HDR10+ compliant. For keeping the lights on, the Phone (3) features a decent 5,150mAh battery that can be charged wirelessly or via a wired connection.
For the specifications, with the exception of the chipset, Nothing’s Phone (3) touts ultra-premium hardware, and for $719, it is not a bad price, especially considering you will get up to five major Android software updates in the future.
