MSI Z77A-GD55 Motherboard Gets Pictured Once Again!

MSI's latest Z77A-GD55 Motherboard has been pictured once again, The new motherboard which is a cut down version of the Z77A-GD65 features the Intel Z77 Chipset and LGA1155 socket which supports Intel's current Sandy Bridge and upcoming 22nm Ivy Bridge Processors.

The motherboard was already detailed by us in a previous article and nothing new here except some high res images which shows each component and parts of the Mid-Range motherboard in detail. Specifications below:

"CPU is powered by 9 Power Phases which are supplied power through a 8 + 24 Pin Connector. Four DIMM slots allow for Dual Channel DDR3 32GB Memory Support with frequencies upto 2667Mhz+ (O.C). The power phases along with the PCH Z77 come equipped with three individual heatsinks giving the motherboard a cleaner look. Expansion slots include 3 PCI-e Gen 3 out of which two offer Full x16 bandwidth while one is x8 as seen from the back of the board allowing CrossFireX and SLI GPU support, 4 PCI-e x1 3.0 slots are also included.

Storage includes 2 Sata 6Gbps and 4 Sata 3Gbps ports while I/O connectors include 4-USB 3.0 (A USB 3.0 Extended slot is located next to the SATA ports), HDMI, SPDIF, PS/2, VGA, Firewire, BIOS Reset switch, 7.1 Audio Jack powered by THX TruStudio Port. Boot, reboot, OC GENE overclocking buttons are located near the memory slots, Voltage measurement points are located beneath them near the 24 Pin connector."

Expect the launch of MSI's Z77 Lineup with the launch of Ivy Bridge platform within the first week of April.
