Monitor makers have quickly adopted the dual-mode configurations, but MSI has already stepped ahead by launching the world's first triple-mode gaming monitor, featuring the QD-OLED panel. The hardware maker will be showcasing many of its new products at Computex, which will also include its latest MPG OLED 332URDX36, a flagship OLED monitor that runs at 4K@360Hz.

However, as it boasts a triple-mode configuration, users can quickly switch through different modes, including 2K@520Hz and 1080p@680Hz, allowing gamers to switch the modes according to their games. For immersive gaming, 4K@360Hz will be an ideal mode, but for competitive both 2K@520Hz and 1080p@680Hz seem perfect. One of the strongest selling points for the 332URDX36 will remain its QD-OLED panel, which is based on the RGB Penta Tandem technology.

This is Samsung's 4th-gen panel, which uses five RGB layers to achieve superior brightness and color accuracy. MSI says the RGB stripe sub-pixel layout on the monitor minimizes the color fringing and keeps great text clarity. Moreover, it's equipped with the DarkArmor film, which reportedly increases the black levels by up to 40% while also keeping the display scratch-resistant.

Specifications of the monitor include all the modern MSI technologies and features, such as AI Care sensor, NVIDIA G-Sync compatibility, AI Navigator, etc. While detailed specifications haven't been shared yet, we can see that the monitor is equipped with the latest DP 2.1 80 Gbps port, VESA DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification, as well as VESA ClearMR 18000 certification. MSI will showcase this display at its booth at the Computex event, where it might also reveal its pricing and availability details
