CAPCOM is bringing a rather rich line-up to this year's edition of Gamescom, giving attendees the chance to try out, among other games, Monster Hunter Wilds, the next entry in the series in development for PC and consoles.

More than 60 playable demo stations will be available for the next entry in the series during the event, which is being held in Cologne, Germany, from August 21st to August 25th. Monster Hunter series producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, executive director and art director Kaname Fujioka, and director Yuya Tokuda will also be present to deliver even more insights on the publisher's own stage.

Besides Monster Hunter Wilds, CAPCOM will also offer the first global opportunity to test out the next Street Fighter 6 DLC character, the guest character Terry Bogard from SNK's Fatal Fury series. Also available will be Ace Attorney Investigations Collection, which includes Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth and Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor’s Gambit, the recently released Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, which is undoubtedly one of the best games the Japanese publisher has put out in recent years, and the mobile AR game Monster Hunter Now, which will celebrate its first year anniversary at Gamescom.

On a related note, CAPCOM started sharing some Monster Hunter Wilds trailers to provide more information on the game's core mechanics and weapons, such as Greatsword and Insect Glaive. You can check out the trailers released so far below.

Monster Hunter Wilds launches on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S sometime in 2025.
